Paul Walker was an American actor best known for his role in The Fast and the Furious film franchise. He was born on September 12, 1973, in Glendale, California. He grew up in Sunland and attended Village Christian High School. His early interest in the ocean led him to pursue marine biology at various community colleges.

CAREER
Walker started out doing small roles in television series like ‘Highway to Heaven’, ‘The Young and the Restless’ and ‘Touched by an Angel’. He made his film debut in the 1986 horror comedy film, Monster in the Closet. He went on to play a starring role in the 1998 film, Meet the Deedles, which was directed by Steve Boyum. Walker played his breakthrough role of “Brian O’Conner” in The Fast and the Furious films starting in 2001. He was awarded the 2014 MTV Movie Award for best on-screen duo, alongside actor Vin Diesel. His other notable film appearances include Timeline (2003), Into the Blue (2005), Eight Below (2006), and Takers (2010).

PERSONAL
Paul Walker died in a car accident on November 30, 2013, at the age of 40. He was seated in the passenger seat of a Porsche when the driver lost control and collided with a tree. The car burst into flames and both their bodies were burnt beyond recognition. He’s survived by his daughter “Meadow Rain Walker”.
